Diane Campbell
Educational Consultant & Leadership Development Coach
For over 30 years Diane has served in multiple capacities in the urban school district of Columbus, Ohio. She has contributed her considerable talent as a curriculum designer, district professional development strategist, Principal Coach, community liaison, principal, and teacher.
Diane was destined to be an educator. During her formative years she developed a love of teaching. This included working aggressively to connect people and her efforts reaped exemplary results. She successfully led one of the district's most diverse schools, located in an area prone to violence, to become a model middle school.
She is known throughout the district and in the community as an innovator with the ability to empower and inspire all stakeholders to collaborate to create dynamic opportunities for students, staff, families, and the community. These accomplishments earned her several awards. She has served as one of six elite Principal Leadership Coaches in an Ohio urban district of more than 200 administrators.

Diane earned a Bachelors in Education from Walsh University in Canton, Ohio and later a Masters in Education, Principal Licensure, and Superintendent Licensure from The Ohio State University.
